Referral and invite rewards

This notice explains how invite linking, invite limits, and Ecosystem Network Rewards work on AGE Vault. If anything here differs from what you see in CLIENT OFFICE or on your account, the in-app information and your account records apply.
1. How to invite and link
Signed-in members use CLIENT OFFICE.
To invite others, open Ecosystem Rewards and share your invite link or the AGE code shown on that page.
To link your own referrer, use Link referral code on Ecosystem Rewards. Each account may link one referrer only, once. After a successful link, it cannot be changed or replaced.
If you arrive via someone's invite link and complete sign-in and terms acceptance, we will attempt to link that referrer automatically.
2. Online invite limits
Online invites (invite link or Link referral code) are subject to a slot limit. On Ecosystem Rewards, you will see how many slots you have left ({n} left). When no slots remain, your code is shown as Inactive and copying the invite link is disabled until slots are available again. People already linked to you are not removed.
Your maximum online invite slots are the total of:
(a) five (5) base slots for all members;
(b) twenty (20) additional slots if your membership tier is Advisor (as shown in CLIENT OFFICE);
(c) one (1) additional slot for each full ten (10) AGE shown in Allocated Holdings on Portfolio Overview (partial tens do not count until the next full ten).
Your remaining slots equal your maximum minus the number of people already linked to you through online invite paths.
Allocated Holdings is the AGE amount labelled Allocated Holdings on Portfolio Overview. It is not the same as your full account balance including all pending reward lines. Your maximum may change if your Allocated Holdings or tier changes.
Redeeming an authorised outlet redemption code under Offline Services may establish a referrer relationship without using your online invite slots. Online slot rules still apply to online links only.
3. Ecosystem Network Reward (0.1 AGE)
When a new invite link is created successfully online, the new member and the referrer may each receive 0.1 AGE as an Ecosystem Network Reward, under this notice and our platform rules.
The new member's 0.1 AGE is generally credited to available rewards after a successful online link.
The referrer's 0.1 AGE is recorded as pending first. It becomes available only after the linked member completes identity verification to KYC Level 3 and completes at least one of: a completed order, a completed withdrawal, or successful redemption of an authorised outlet redemption code under Offline Services.
No Ecosystem Network Reward is paid if the online link does not succeed, online invite slots are exhausted, the relationship is created only through offline or authorised outlet redemption code paths without a successful online link, or the link is declined under section 4.
Ecosystem Network Rewards are paid in AGE (gold entitlement units). They are separate from Referral Network Dividends and from Ecosystem Contribution (AP) shown on Ecosystem Rewards.
4. When a link may be declined
We may decline an invite link even where a code is valid, including where:
the account already has a referrer;
a member attempts to use their own code;
the link would create a prohibited circular invite;
we detect strong indicators that referrer and invitee are the same person (such as matching IP or device signals on file);
the referrer has no online invite slots remaining.
If a link fails, follow the in-app message. Do not assume a reward was paid.
5. Other rewards on Ecosystem Rewards
Total Referrals counts members currently linked to you as referrer.
Total Earnings and Referral Network Dividends relate to trading-fee sharing from your network. They follow separate rules and settlement from the 0.1 AGE Ecosystem Network Reward.
Ecosystem Contribution (AP) is a separate programme and does not replace Ecosystem Network Rewards or invite slot rules.
6. Changes
We may update invite limits, rewards, or eligibility criteria. Material changes will be reflected in an updated notice with a revised date.
